Marinate in beef broth over night.
Take it out in the morning and pat dry with a paper towel and tenderize.
Mix dry rub. 1/4 cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, and 1/8 cup garlic powder and massage into the roast. Let sit in the fridge till ready to cook.
Cook on grill at 300 for 1 hour (30 min each side) or till internal temp is 145 degreesF.
Remove from grill and wrap in foil to rest for 30 minutes.
Slice against the grain of meat to serve.
